A flexible framework, not a minute-by-minute requirement. Times show elapsed time from the start of the session. Meals, toileting, dressing, rest, and transitions are adapted as needed—not restricted to the listed breaks. Activities are age-appropriate and agreed during intake. “Active” describes the activity pace, not the level of supervision or support required.
A provided routine, activity materials, attentive care for one child, flexible breaks, and a brief update covering mood, food intake, bathroom routines, and any concerns or barriers.
An agreed morning, meal, homework, personal-care, or bedtime routine can replace an example play block. Care supports participation and comfort; it does not include therapy, teaching, or tutoring.
A 3–4-hour outing might include a check-in and activity preview, time at an agreed park, library, or museum, a snack and quiet break, another preferred activity, and a calm close with a parent update. The destination, pace, accessibility needs, entry costs, and backup activity are reviewed with the family before booking.
Outing pricing is discussed before booking. No example guarantees activity completion or a particular outcome.
