BE PART OF OUR BEGINNING

Help shape
Adaptive Care.

Families know what support would make their day easier. Caregivers know what it takes to make that support possible. We’d love to hear from both.

Our proposed service supports children ages 3–17 with autism and other developmental disabilities through play, everyday routines, and planned community experiences in Pinellas County.

HELP SHAPE WHAT COMES NEXT

Your voice belongs
in the plan.

We’re gathering input from families and caregivers as we prepare to launch. Help us understand what useful, worthwhile Adaptive Care looks like to you.

Both surveys open in Google Forms. Survey participation is separate from family intake and does not grant scheduling access. The caregiver survey is an interest survey, not a job offer.

A Quick Look at the Caregiver Role

Caregivers Provide

  • On-time, attentive care throughout the booked session.
  • Follow the provided routine and adapt its pace to the child’s needs.
  • A brief session note covering mood, food intake, bathroom routines, and any concerns or barriers.
